NIU Journal of Social Sciences

NIU Journal of Social Sciences is an interdisciplinary journal published by Nexus International University, Kampala, Uganda. The Journal publishes empirical articles, critical reviews and case studies that are of interest to policy makers, scholars and practitioners in the era of social studies. It puts particular focus upon issues that are of concern to the Third World. It is the goal of the Journal to advance knowledge and debate in the field of social studies, by providing a platform through which scholars and practitioners can share their views, findings and experiences. Given the diverse nature of the social sciences, contributions are accepted from a wide range of disciplines and preference is given to articles that integrate multiple disciplinary perspectives. Contributions that examine developments at national, regional and continental level are particularly welcome. All the manuscripts received are subjected to blind review, by the Editor-In-Chief and two editorial consultants. The editorial policy of NIUJSS aims at giving authors timely and constructive feedback and the Journal is particularly interested in assisting able researchers but who may be inexperience in the area of publishing.

NIU Journal of Humanities is an interdisciplinary journal published by Nexus International University, Kampala, Uganda. As a theoretical and empirical Journal, the aim is to challenge, provoke and excite positive thinking in the areas of Arts and Social Sciences such as media studies, methodology, philosophy, political science, population Studies, psychology, public administration, sociology, social welfare, linguistics, literature, performing arts (music, theatre & dance), religious studies, visual arts, gender studies, onanthropology, communication studies, criminology, cross-cultural studies, demography, development studies, education, ethics, geography, history, industrial relations, information science, international relations, linguistics, library science and so on. The journal puts particular focus upon issues that are of concern to the Third World.
NIU Journal of Humanities will only publish articles that have not been previously submitted to, or published by any journal. In addition, the journal will only publish articles that have been thoroughly assessed and adjudged to be fully or partly accepted for publication. It is the sole responsibility of the author(s) to ensure that articles submitted are new, original and have not been published fully or partly any media. Such article(s) to be submitted must not violate the copyrights of others and must not contain plagiarized contents/materials. Author(s) will be solely responsible for the violation of such ethics of academic publication. This journal is research and community services related to education, which include development of moral and religious values, physical motor development, emotional social development, cognitive development, language development, artistic and creative development, parenting, management institution, development assessment, child development psychology, child empowerment, learning strategy, educational tool play, instructional media, innovation in education and other various fields related to education.
NIU Journal of Education Research is intended to be the journal for publishing original articles on the latest issues and trends occurring in education curriculum, instruction, learning, policy, and preparation of teachers with the aim to advance our knowledge of education theory and practice. Moreover, this journal also covers issues concerning entrepreneurial and environmental education.

The central focus of this journal is to provide a platform for scholars to discuss and share new research on China-Africa Relations. It also gives us a forum to define and expand on research in this fairly young field. Since China's involvement in Africa has had a major impact on cross-disciplinary studies, articles to be published in this journal must fall within the social sciences and related disciplines such as politics, economics, education, environmental studies, law and so on.

NIU Journal of Climate Justice and Governance
NIU Journal of Climate Justice and Governance (ISSN: 3007-1836), is a quarterly interdisciplinary journal published by Nexus International University, Uganda. The Journal aims at providing an interdisciplinary forum for discussion of evidence of climate change, its causes, its natural resource impacts and its human impacts. The journal will also explore technological, policy, economy, strategic and social responses to climate change. It will be peer-reviewed, supported by rigorous processes of criterion-referenced article ranking and qualitative commentary, ensuring that only standard accepted quality work of the greatest substance and highest significance is published.
